OKWAP 是一支功能簡單的 GSM + CDMA 雙卡手機，主要推薦給使用亞太電信、也想同時保有原來 GSM 門號通話的雙卡族。這支手機十分輕巧，功能也非常簡單，G+C 雙卡雙待機是第一賣點，另支援 MP3 播放和 microSD 記憶卡擴充，並內建了 FM 廣播收音機功能，但需要搭配耳機使用。而 OKWAP 自有手機功能裡，有幾個貌不起眼但還算實用的，如來電警衛、簡訊警衛、手機保密、還有全世界僅一家的ㄅㄆㄇ百家姓電話簿索引功能。

簡單地說，C320 可看作全身上下都專注在通話功能的簡易系 G+C 手機，過去 OKWAP 也已經陸續推出了好幾款此類機型，但它們其實彼此之間的功能差異都不大，功能也都十分簡單；這次 C320 的區別，大概就是較有質感的外型，還有它不支援拍照，可以適用於阿兵哥和讓一些限制相機手機出入的科技新貴在園區內使用。

OKWAP C320 建議售價 4,590 元，很快地就會在本月上市。
